It was practically a drop in fit except where some ducting and extension cords came through. It was very easy to cut the needed shape in the tile.

The installation was relatively simple and easy since your tiles were lightweight. We hit a few snags here or there with some existing heavy objects (wiring, a/c ducts, etc.) sitting above the tiles so my contractor tied them up to the ceiling to support their weight. It definitely gave our old building an updated look. Several visitors we've had between December and now also noticed the aesthetic change and had made positive comments about it.
